Acquisition Establishes Strong Foundation for Rural Chatham-Kent and Accelerated Ontario Expansion.

(Canquest), a leading Internet Service Provider in Chatham-Kent. This acquisition represents an important step towards PomeGran’s establishment of a significant presence in rural Southwestern Ontario, in order to provide superior high-speed Internet and value-added services to underserved communities.

The proposed rural network expansion will cover approximately 15 additional surrounding townships. STN had annualized sales in excess of $300 million.
