Hi! We are Canquest Communications. Ten people who are extremely passionate about the telecommunications industry - communications makes us happy. We truly believe in the power and possibilities that can arise when people and Businesses connect. Good connections and good relationships come from collaboration.

The idea for Canquest was born in 1992 when founder John Smith noticed that there were no phone companies that could provide quality service at an affordable price. Since then, we have grown every year due to the intense commitment we make to our customers. Canquest is operated by a highly knowledgeable team that brings over 150 years of telecommunications experience.

We at Canquest understand how vital a strong Internet connection is to a company’s success in the modern Business world. With so many ISP’s selling slow and overly expensive services while also lacking any solid technical support, Canquest is like a breath of fresh air. We provide our customers with reliable, high-speed, secure and affordable Internet and VoIP phone service, as well as maintain local technical support agents who are available every day of the week.

We offer broadband cable and DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) Internet in urban areas of Chatham-Kent. Our prices are always very competitive and there are no surprises. Nor is there a contract that locks you in for years.

Canquest utilizes its experience to develop opportunities based on the integration of telephony and computer technologies. Canquest has provided service to both domestic and international phone companies, large corporate and government clients including Telus, TeleBermuda, NorthWestTel, Walmart, Petro Canada, Sears, Bell, AT&T, Government of Canada and many more. We are licensed by the CRTC as reseller of telecom services.

With Canquest, it’s all about personalized customer service that keeps clients with us. We rely on our good service to keep our customers and that customer service is 100-percent local, as our staff operate out of our corporate headquarters in Chatham-Kent, Ontario.
